Since when, when guy eg. RDMs he's let go with nothing. Why? well i killed guy who was next to unID body, obviously i'll kill him for not IDing body. then guy follows me. w1. w2. On w3 he killed me. in answer i got he asked me why i killed inno. i scroll up, no shit typed from him. Okay we're in chat, Rittsu the law and texas defender "explains" rules to him and lets him free. SINCE WHEN EXPLAINING RULES TO YOU MAKES YOU FREE OF ACCUSATION. FUCK YOU RITTSU

Firstly, no need to be disrespectful to staff, and secondly, yes its on the user to know the rules. But some rules are complicated, would you want to be punished for the slightest mistake, I'm guessing no. All that matters is the person who RDMed you, now understands what he did was against the rules and he won't do it again. This was hard to read.
