From what I've seen, they're being too lenient with abusive staff. In the report about the NLR, people were claiming that he shouldn't have said "go on warn me" but the truth is whether he said it or not, he shouldn't have been warned. You don't just to around warning people because they tell you to.

I haven't heard a single good thing about him being staff and i seriously believe that the lead team need to re-evaluate Black Kid and their way of punishing abusive staff as a slap on the wrist doesn't do anything.
