You could say and argue that anything within the TOU is subjective. Objectionable content is no different to racism in that regard.
No its not at all, racism is very simple in its definition and especially when there is a zero tolerance policy there is nothing subjective about it, the n word is racist simple as that. "Objectionable" is completely different and while its true that a lot of stuff in the TOU is subjective (which is pretty dumb in itself) something being objectionable could literally mean something that someone doesn't like. Obviously it would be ridiculous to expect any changes to be made though I'm just criticising it because I have nothing better to do.
