Pretty unnecessary to make a report abuse/appeal, he literally said in chat that he was evading a ban, I family share checked him and it showed he was using an ALT to evade a ban, therefore he was banned perm on both accounts

He will have to appeal however if he wishes to be unbanned if you have perm banned both of his accounts. So it necessary for him to Appeal so he can play on the server. Anyway for the permbanned user you can appeal using the stuff that has being quoted showing you what to do and so on.

@Eddie, I edited that post seconds after I saw what you posted as it wasn't clear what he wanted done and I, myself, was unaware of the reason for the ban. In any case, was just supplying him with the information he needs if he wants to get it appealed or so on.
