[TTT] Bug Report - No sprint regen 2 years 1 week ago #1407952

What is the bug? Sprint does not regenerate when you are the only one on the server When did you encounter the issue? Now How can we reproduce the issue? Be on the server alone and when the HUD says "waiting...", try sprint around and it will not regen which makes me very sad. Were there any errors?
