[SSRP] Event System / Server Error bug 1 year 8 months ago #1404133

Issue/Bug: #1 bug is Events sometimes glitch and do not allow you to spawn outside of the event instead it rather keeps you there for indefinitely.
#2 bug is when you Load into the server it shows black screen error "host is unable to respond"

Date/Time: 8:25PM

Location on the map (if applicable): Event / When loading into the server
