The Lockpicking skill can't improve. Can't gain XP, no matter which tool I try.

Has been going on for at least 3 months, Nothing ever happens any time I try picking doors.

Every locked door on both the standard SSRP map and the Halloween Version.

No matter which Lockpick I use, I can't seem to gain any lockpicking XP. Not sure if this is intended but it feels unintended.
