Issue/Bug: F4> Actions > Request staff

Brief description of the issue/bug:
When pressing request staff from the F4>Actions menu, it's referencing older admincenter which is causing a lua error.

Lua errors:
[ERROR] gamemodes/darkrp/gamemode/modules/zarpmenu/cl_zarpmenumaintabs.lua:341: attempt to index global 'ZARPADMINCENTER' (a nil value)
