TOPIC: [SSRP] Ban Appeal - Rabbi Clockwork

Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Raiding my own building as hotel owner LOL!

Time - How long were you banned for? Perma LOL!
Story - What happened? I hopped on the server to try to buy and rent out space in the ele base. I went up and bought the doors and popped down an rp house sign. After going into MY building I discovered that their were people PRINTING IN MY HOTEL! I gave them the chance to take their stuff and leave unharmed but they ignored me and continued printing in my hotel so I took measures into my own hands and had no other choice but to kill the scary robot. Donny then teleports to me telling me I am raiding as a hotel owner, he then says I have to refund or I will be banned. I asked what rule did I break considering I owned the building, I gave them a chance. He told me its the rule where if you put something down in a building it means you own said building. I was confused and requested which rule this was to which he ignored. I then pointed out rule 4.14a mainly the part where it states "The owner of a property is the person that owns the main door". He told me I was basically cherry picking the rules and the real rule is if you have a single entity down in a building before the main doors are purchased that person actually owns the building. I think its worth updating the rules if this is the case because by the current rules I have been falsely banned! Oh on top of that he was trying to shake me down for 1.5bil over me defending my own building.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? Logs will show everything but have a screenshot proving I gave a chance for them to leave!

Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. During the sit I was called retarded multiple times and after the third time I requested donny do something about it, he completely ignored my request and allowed helldawg to continue calling me a retard.

I would love for someone who isn't affiliated with zarp gang, donny or Ayame0720 to handle as it has already been proven time and time again people's biases to the point they will deny rules existing and will just make them up for their own personal benefit

before you join, zack had already bought a door inside. if you follow the rules you mentioned, that room also belongs to him completely. you have no right to break in without his permission. If the remaining rooms inside are also bought by others, you have no right to enter other people's rooms. you only have the right to use the rooms outside. what you really want is raid. everything you said is just your excuse.

I just wanted to say I’ve read through your appeal, and honestly, it sounds like you’ve been put in a pretty unfair situation. If the building was indeed yours and you had already bought the doors and set up your RP scenario, it doesn’t make sense for you to be punished for trying to protect your own property—especially after giving the people inside a chance to leave peacefully. That sounds more like responsible RP than raiding.

The way the rules were explained to you by Donny seems really inconsistent with how they’re written, and if they’re being enforced selectively or misinterpreted, that definitely needs to be addressed. You shouldn’t be getting permanently banned for defending your space, especially when you took the time to clarify the rules and were open to letting the intruders leave.

Also, the personal insults and being called names during the sit are unacceptable. That kind of behavior from a staff member is unprofessional and shouldn’t be tolerated in any community. Staff should be there to mediate and apply the rules fairly, not ignore valid concerns or allow others to disrespect players.

I hope someone neutral and fair looks into this appeal properly. It really feels like your side of the story deserves a proper hearing without bias.

• Defending a RP House is not a thing due to the fact that it’s prohibited to raid one to begin with.


• The RP House you claimed was automaticly voided due to the fact that it already had non-allowed entities in it, which is the immediate contradiction to your own "basing inside my rp house" thesis.


• Owning the main doors while non-allies base inside is perfectly normal, and you have every right to evict by force or not in the proper job, before setting your RP House rules.


• And lastly, I apologize for not appealing to your calls for help during the r bombs, as I was more focused to the incident at hand and this felt insignificant at the time.

As Clarky mentioned you are more than welcome to make a report against a staff member if you feel like there was misconduct, but you can also report the player(s) who used such foul language, and that is if you are indeed focused in the act itself like you claim to be instead of an alleged attempt to "dethrone" staff that are simply doing their job.

also i dont see why it’s necessary to create your own rules instead of referring to the current ones that everyone has access to. players in the past have lost access to the main door and therefore had to leave, as enforced by other egotistical staff, but as it seems, only when it benefits themselves.
