Punishment Reason - wont listen during sit asnd kept running off after 4 times telling him to stop

Story/Situation - i was pulled to a sit for an apparent RDM, (he ran towards me as a thief and i felt threatened, in accordance with rule 2.2. A valid reason to kill someone is if i feel threatened) he then tped me to a sit and refused to bring a higher up admin after i asked about 6 times.

I was then warned for putting on a nano suit and cloaking after he refused to return me. He threatened to slay me and rip my suit.. i then saw the horrific punishment on my screen.

Id like to point out this staff member broke nlr in my base (father watson can confirm this!) this guy just seems out of control and warning everyonef for no reason

Gosh darn! This is not alright.
I hope this kian guy understands his fault and apologises for his mistakes.

Can't say running at someone is exactly threatening enough to kill them. If you do have something that shows he was trying to do something to you please share. Otherwise this warn seems valid
