Story/Situation - What happened?
So Xia had equipped something with regard to the sound of a weapon or other equipment, hence the fact of having used the following /ME
"lWl Super Golden Sinz weapon check if you move or interrupt it I can kos/Aos u" 5 times in a row so that he could see it and cooperate, and that it stipulates that if he continues to move after this message and that at the moment of proceeding with this weapon check he interrupts it I could "KOS/AOS" him and in what happened he did not want to cooperate by always continuing to run, so suspicions that he has something to defend, hence the fact of not cooperating and so I first proceed to the use of the "arrest baton" to not directly kill him, hence the rule which stipulates the use of this one before using lethal weapons, then he did indeed use the item that he had equipped previously to trying to hurt/kill me so the arrest was valid and justified

even though the given context, duke did not agree on the fact BEFORE the arrest which is the /ME and the attempt, so he warned me because I made an invalid /me supposedly while this /me clearly states that if he moves or interrupts my weapon check he is "aos/kos" and therefore I have the right to make an attempted arrest while he says that it is a rule breaking even though I was right to do it after that
so this warning is totally unfounded on the general rules of the server but is focused on minucious cases of the server because how are these two reasons part of a valid reason to warn me like this

Sinz, i came to my conclusion based of multiple accumulative factors, you followed him around the map, used the /me command incorrectly due to your poor grammar then attempted to arrest him with not basis and then tried to justify it by saying he tried to kill you but that was only after you attempted to falsely arrest him.

Its the fact as well that i believe this was done with malicious intent, you didn't want to actually weapon check him you wanted an excuse for revenge due to previous quarrels with printers etc the following him confirms this for me but if a higher up does disagree with my decision its up to their discretion, it is the background from playing the server today that added to my decision

Its the fact your /me says moving is aos yet you say this while he was moving, if it said stop moving or aos i wouldn’t have seen a problem

sinz, if you didn’t follow him across the entire map and didnt use your /me while he was already moving you wouldnt have been warned
