Story/Situation - What happened?
So stewart was starting rda many times, then I was trying make my steroids in hospital then ded was in a sit, I was telling him to take mine later when he finished with his f1 and then stewart clearly rdaed me infront of him and not even bailed me or anything else to help me, and then he start threat me a ban for just making an f1 about what just happend when I clearly was being rdaed and not even a help or anything and then muted me for being disrespected and cool down when he is the first one who yalling at me and and start that shit

I think it's clearly abuse on the part of ded to mute me without reason and in an abusive manner compared to the fact that this person threatens to ban me and tells me that I was insulting when there is no lack of disrespect in this situation and that it is he who looks down on me by being disrespectful to me and that since he is angry he decides to mute me without warning me or anything else

He told you numerous times he is dealing with your sit after , you ignored him , and started spamming f1's , then he typed in ooc , and you responded back with attitude and demanding attention and priority even when he is dealing with another sit.
Stop acting like a victim , you are not the main character , he had another sit before yours.

Forgot to mention, that he hit me with ~3-4 f1s within the span of less than a minute right after getting rda'd and then continued to ask in chat.

When someone is even slightly disrespectful to you, its on the forums.

If you cannot handle disrespect don't do it yourself.
