before that he had nlred to arrest me then later I was in the event ( pve ) and then we can see him props pushing me during the battle fight then keept doing it after this event done + prop push my car during the city event +

as for the props block to whoever handle it I shall show the clip of that "rule breaking" caused an item lost ofc
