Reason - Spamming (That is what he wrote needs to be spamming props)
Server - Dark-RP
Time - Pernment
Story - I was playing around in server 2 then i was talking to someone then he start spawning probs Na1 was near us he was luaging. we where saying look it is raining then he ban me and the another guy. did't warn and no chances.
Proof - No proof sorry!
Extra information - Like when a admin will perma ban someone warn or something perma is so strong i love the game and i bought vip please unban me i was crying please it is the best server. i will not do it again i will not break any ruels again please please.

I find perm bans for prop spam excessive to begin with - why not give a kick first? It even says it in the Staff Ethos that on first offenses it's recommended to use the kick or warn command rather than the ban command.
