Story/Situation - What happened?
Basically got warned for killing someone who was pointing a weapon at me which clearly was a threat to my life.

Seems like many have forgotten what RP is here.
A kill is valid when there is a valid RolePlay Reason behind it. If someone in real life walked up to you with a firearm of course you would be threatened by him and as an RP Server i decided to take action in order to save my life.

I discussed with the Admin to why my actions were not breaking any rules but he still decided to ignore my points/RP Situation and go with what he though was right.

If you think the warn is valid i would like you to answer this questions.

Why is it ok to kill someone who comes close to you with thermals strapped around him?

Why is it RDM when in the rules RDM is when you kill someone without a VALID RP Reason?

In real life would you not be threatened by a firearm? In the end this is an RP Server.

Just because no one has ever done this does it mean its not allowed?

Dont just tell me "Its Semi - Serious RP" because how can u determine whats a valid rp reason to kill someone if you dont take it from a real life aspect.

My previous appeal was denied for the reason that you cant kill someone for pointing a weapon at you even though in my appeal i pointed out how killing someone who is aiming a weapon at you is valid with valid arguments.

In some countries, no. And in most, you wouldn't shoot someone for having a gun (for obvious reasons), most people would report it to the police or something, if you want proper RP.

Just to clear up the argument (also post on here, not on the other thread that isn't meant for it):

If someone pulls a gun whilst you're next to them obviously it wouldn't be RDM if you kill them. It's a threat, especially if their job does have potential of hurting you (for example, if it's another cop that pulls their gun rather than a gangster it would count as RDM).

Obviously this is a threatening situation and this should not be counted as RDM.

The guy was even purposely aiming his firearm at me at close range just so he can "mock" my reasonings and explanations to the admin which got him shot.

How come at the time when we were speaking about your textscreen saying "Aiming at base = KOS" that I was questioning you then said here's an example and looked at a guy with a PSG out and shot him just because he looked at you and stood there doing nothing for about 1 minute listening about the textscreen. I brought you to a roof and said don't do it again and warned you and you said ok? So you accept me warning you without getting upset then when you knew you blatantly went up to him and shot him for no reason when we were speaking... Also about me saying you lied you didn't. Xnator just posted it a few seconds after I said that you weren't...

I'm willing to speak to you if you want to personally and resolve this issue but I've tried to already and in the result of that you were offline on steam.

The guy pulled out a psg and aimed it at me to see if i was gonna shoot him and so i did because i do believe what i say to be allowed. You can go read the rules as many times as you want but for now RDM is killing someone without a valid rp reason and i had a pretty valid reason. I never said i wont do it again nor did i agree with your warnings thats why i am appealing it. Dont go with what others do and for once have your own opinion. Just because no one has ever done it it doesnt mean its not allowed. Once more, the kill is valid. In real life as a gangster i would kill someone who pulled a firearm at me . Dont listen to others and look at the rules then question yourself. How do you expect to become a super admin when you would rather listen to someone else than use common sense.
