Story/Situation - What happened?
Basically got warned for killing someone who was pointing a weapon at me which clearly was a threat to my life.

Seems like many have forgotten what RP is here.
A kill is valid when there is a valid RolePlay Reason behind it. If someone in real life walked up to you with a firearm of course you would be threatened by him and as an RP Server i decided to take action in order to save my life.

I discussed with the Admin to why my actions were not breaking any rules but he still decided to ignore my points/RP Situation and go with what he though was right.

If you think the warn is valid i would like you to answer this questions.

Why is it ok to kill someone who comes close to you with thermals strapped around him?

Why is it RDM when in the rules RDM is when you kill someone without a VALID RP Reason?

In real life would you not be threatened by a firearm? In the end this is an RP Server.

Just because no one has ever done this does it mean its not allowed?

Dont just tell me "Its Semi - Serious RP" because how can u determine whats a valid rp reason to kill someone if you dont take it from a real life aspect.

I have spoken with Orang3 and decided that this appeal will be denied. If someone is pointing a gun at you and trying to actually shoot / shooting in your direction, yes, they are clearly threatening you and you could kill them, but Orang3 claims you lied in your appeal, and this is what occurred:

<19:12:25> "Orang3" pokes you: It was next to his base, he tried to show me an example and clearly shot a guy for no reason
<19:12:31> "Orang3" pokes you: Straight infront of me
<19:12:51> "Orang3" pokes you: He lied in his appeal

If you have any evidence which proves otherwise, and that the user was threatening you, then feel free to make a new appeal and provide this proof, but for now:
