Story/Situation - Me and 2 other cops were in a gun fight, i mistaken stelaras for one of the cops and killed him
Extra Information - He teleported me to a roof and before i could finish my side of the story i was already warned and tp'd back, he didnt want to listen to me at all, i tried to talk to him and he continued to ignore me and then threated to jail me, i might of insulted of him once due to me being angry in the situation which didnt help.

I would prefer an admin not from Azgeda or siege to handle this due to being bias

The rule is there to stop people from using the excuse "I didn't RDM, it was crossfire" - I personally find it rather strange that some people are excused of it and others not, unless I'm a bit confused as to why that rule is there.
