Story/Situation - What happened? First, A person who was in my obviously sights, shot me so I immediately pressed my traitor bind looking straight at him/her it said Raiser ( a supposed other player ), so the moment I saw his name I shot Raiser but it had turned out someone else who had shot me first but i had pointed straight at them.

After reviewing this on my own, due to my inability to contact Courier, I have come to a conclusion. Considering, from your point of view, that it was a mistake, you don't seem apologetic enough in my eyes. Also, we have no evidence that it was in fact a mistake.
