Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Using images of users in the community as avatar without permission

Time - How long were you banned for? 1 day
Story - What happend? I had a picture of xnator as my avatar and i was in a channel with my friends and i went afk in that channel to go to the little boys room and when i come back im banned of ts without even knowing i have been moved to speak about it?

Full story:

Banana Boy was caught hacking as a staff member on Prophunt yesterday, and then continued to lie about it when he was approached by myself and Tyler. When pressed to make an apology on the forums, he then proceeded to state that the community is "cancer" and started just chatting shit over steam. Obviously, we emergency demoted him for this.
Today, Banana once again joined Prophunt with hacks, and managed to get himself permanently banned (clever). He also then proceeded to set his avatar on TS to an image of me without consent, which led to him getting banned off of TS too.

1. me hacking on prophunt has nothing to do with ts
2. You can not hold what happend yesterday againts me on this unban appeal
3. Saying stuff over steam has nothing to do with zarp so once again cant hold that againts me
4. also its my choice if i want to make an post on the fourms not your's or anyone's

After talking with Tyler for a lil bit. He has informed us you've been Disrespectful towards Xnator Saying that the community is *word that Para doesn't like* Having an awful attitude And using an image of a community member as his Avatar. Actually we can and will hold all of that agenst you. Your going to be taking a more then a days break for all the crap you pulled. Denied you can reapply when your actually willing to be a productive member of the community again, so that means wait a while.
