TOPIC: [SSRP] Otto Berman Ban Appeal

Name - What is your in-game name?
Otto Berman is my RP name, while Jackyminer is my Steam/Fourm name.

STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID?
My Steam ID is "STEAM_0:1:53833479".

Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be?
I believe his/her name was ToBeContinued, but I don't know.
Edit: Just checked, it was "|Roy Harper|".

Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned?
RDA: Section 9.1 Under SWAT
"They may only arrest wanted/people who break city law."

Avoiding Punishment: Section 1.6
"When being addressed by a staff member out of character, do not disconnect without their permission."

Server - What server did you get banned from?
Server 3, but the ban applies to all servers.

Time - How long were you banned for?
Originally warned and banned from any job that can use firearms, I then disconnected from the sit and was permanently banned.

Story - What happend?
Ok, I will start from when my friend joined me, and just to clarify, I still take full responsibility for my actions and am deeply sorry to the Zarp community for breaking the rules.
It begins with my friend and I messing around with eachother, not good but not bad. The "messing around" then started to escalate, I know I should of stopped myself, but we RDAed people in spawn. An administrator then pulled me into a sit, at this point I have no idea what happened to my friend, I think he got warned and kicked.
Now, I have never really been in a sit before, usually I get teleported by mods for killing someone or basing badly, never a kick or a ban. I got really nervous, the admin had decided to warn me and block me from all jobs with guns. I didn't know what to do and I disconnected.
So, TL;DR: I wasn't thinking straight and broke the rules, then got really scared in the sit and disconnected.

I ended up getting permanently banned and probably still blocked from a bunch of jobs.

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
Not really, I have chat logs between me and my friend but no video/screenshots.

Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.
I don't have anything else to really explain, if you want to know something, read the story. But, I have an apology to everyone who I affected.
I am extremely sorry to everybody who plays on Zarp for breaking the rules and sabotaging your experience. I understand how annoying rulebreakers can be and I hate knowing that I made other people feel the same way about me. Zarp SSRP is my favorite DarkRP server/servers and through the 2 years I have played on them, I have done my best to abide by the rules and make sure everyone has a great playing experience. It would mean the world to me if I could be allowed back on your servers, and I promise that nothing like this will every happen again.

Anyway, I re-read all of the rules a few times, before writing this and for looking up exactly what I did wrong. I really hope I can rejoin and not lose any of my progress, I had over 60 mil in the bank and 15-20 mil in items, I would hate to lose any of it. Any amount of ban time is better than permanent, 1 day, 1 week, even a month. Thanks again.

Hello, I was looking over the ban and you were originally banned for permanent by To Be Continued, Coutinroy noticed that was way too long, talked to him, and the ban was changed to 3 days.
