TOPIC: [TTT] Ban Appeal

Story - I was being pushed with a crowbar into the traitor room by two people who even when asked in multiple times in voice and text chat wouldnt move. So either i die or the trolls who were trying to rdm me would. So i kill them and get a weeks ban for being trolled.
Proof - didnt think the server was mainly rdmers so didnt feel the need to screen record but i re-made my pov on microsoft paint using my skills from my gcse in art xD
Extra information - t room = insta kill inos
- crankbot is an abusive admin who doesnt like me
- crowbar right click pushes the target away.
- i love the zarp servers i play on multiple ones and would hate to be banned
from them

Ace♠: 1.8 Exploiting
Purposely abusing unintentional game features is prohibited. No abusing props (grabbing them with the magneto stick to shield yourself, push players away, kill players, to climb or fly with them etc.) [ The poltergeist traitor weapon other prop manipulating weapons void the no prop killing/pushing rule]
Ace♠: 2.1 Random Death Match
Any player without valid reasoning cannot kill another player, appropriate reasoning to kill the player is needed. This is otherwise known as RDM (Random Death Match).
Ace♠: 2.5 Valid KOS reasons
There are many KOS reasons and they all work in different situations and scenarios, here are a few; [You should question the player as to why they are doing these acts before you declare the KOS]

- Holding/Using a Traitor only weapon without announcing that he got it from a traitor.
- Ignoring unidentified bodies/C4 etc.
- Declaring invalid KOS on other players
- Turning themselves in I.e "I'm a traitor, in the traitor room" etc.
- Seeing a player inside of a Traitor only room.
- Failure to answer to a life check.
- Throwing a incendiary grenade that damages other players near the player.
- Pushing someone with a crowbar near an edge or hazard.
- Throwing the Golden block in unreachable spots.
- Attempting to hide diamond blocks from innocents.
Ace♠: 2.8 Door Blocking
Players cannot physically trap a player inside a building/room by blocking a door with props etc. This includes spamming "E" on a door.

2.9 Body Blocking
If a player is body blocking you and causing you not to be able to gain access to a certain area of the map you must give them three warnings to stop and then you may kill the player if they continue to block you.

These are all rules of the website which vailidate my decision

After listening to both the victem and the admin's vieuw and checking the provided proof im deciding to deny this post.
The victem is telling a slightly different story as the admin but there is no valid proof to support the story of the victem + rule 2.2 wasn't followed which declares the kills as RDM and so the warning is valid.
Even if this warning wasn't valid the ban would still apply as you had a recent ban + 3 recent warnings after that ban, and as cranky claims he warned you about getting more recents.
I have already explained evrything to you on steam but this summarize should help you with any questions left. I sugest you take my advice on using a screencapture so you could proof your story if something like this happens in the future.
