Hello Scoob, Thank you for appealing your ban, however

After talking to Lowskii, he has provided me with evidence that your account "Scoob" is evading a ban on your main account (STEAM_0:1:88555604) - as rules state if your main account is banned and you come back on via an alt that alt account (and any other) will be permanently banned. Your main account being banned for cheating (caught by the server). If you want to - you can appeal for your main account's ban.
