Story/Situation (What Happened?) -

I was playing as my HUMBLE Gun Dealing Self, IN Role Play with a customer in my shop, at which point a few police who i believe had been going around rdm'ing other people decide to abuse powers (Broke IN NO Warrant, No Wanted) and decided to RDM me for shizzle and giggles! (Obviously not happy, what can u do accept report to a admin?) I Respawned walk through the tunnels and come out near bank, was not in my shop, i was hoping to catch one or more of the police officers names as i missed them so i could help the admin handling my f1, i stopped to fill out my f1 in the street (dont believe me check time between that and warn) and just as i was about to walk away and not go into my shop (WHICH would be a NEWBIE day1 ERROR of NLR Breaking! i got clocked by MODERATOR JAFA CAKES/CAKE Tried to explain to him i was attempting to get a name for the RDM and waiting on Admin to come back and help me.

Unfortunatly he would not hear me out, i also requested a sit, he did come back for 30 seconds then he got rdm'd himself and then i got rdm'd again, then he never came back. (give u a idea of how crazy the server was with everyone getting rdm'd left right and center!) (This was at peak times in fairness (100+ Players, But this crud shouldnt be occuring !)

Shortly after admin dramm did respond to my help and even though he couldnt really help me (I had been uncessfull with names of rdming players) HE STILL GAVE ME TIME TO HEAR MY STORY SO I THANK HIM FOR THAT, HE ALSO ENCOURAGED ME TO WRITE THIS APPEAL.

Final bits id like to add:

I am a good Honorable Player that Normally RP's as a trouble free gun dealer, alot of you who know me, will know this....

I had a clean track record up until this point!

I can kind of understand where the mod was coming from with the warn, but he just dished it out, heared no explanation for me and when requesting a sit i was denied. it kinda feels he was handing it out like sweets in a sweet shop!

Id also like to point out, ive made a specific effort of coming online and avoiding ANY TROUBLE AT ALL! HENCE Why i have no other warns, good rep with certain players and staff. as i have a outstanding mod application myself and any strikes against it are obviously not worth It!
