TOPIC: [SSRP] Vladimir Dimirtri Ban Appeal

Server - DarkRP 1, 2 and 3
Time - 3 days (2 days, 20 hours remaining)
Story - I was on Dark RP server 2 to practice my driving on a large scale map to avoid CDM, as I had never really driven a car on Garry's Mod before. My first mistake was practicing with my friends Lamborghini, which was way to fast and touchy to learn with. This mistake resulted in me over correcting and spinning out to the point where I could not leave the area around the spawn. Many people on server 2 enjoy running into the road around spawn which caused me to swerve and even spin out into spawn. This is where I received my first and only warning for CDM. After going though the sit and realizing where I had went wrong, I proceeded to rent the slowest car I could get and decided to slowly head out to the less urban section of the map to practice. Once I had the tunnel lined up where I could go straight and make it through I went gunned it in an attempt to beat and people crossing the road, as it was clear at the time. As I approached the tunnel an officer began to run across the road despite me yelling "Beep Beep" and "Watch Out" as I drove and I attempted to avoid him by going left then correcting myself in order to go straight. I then over corrected and swerved towards the officer as I started to drift. As I hit the officer I was immediately was pulled from my car as if the admin had been targeting me. During my second sit with Ian regarding CDM, which was an accident both times, I was not allowed to give my side of the story and the bits that I was able to get out were immediately dismissed. After a while of waiting for a response from Ian, with no avail, I thought I just needed a break from driving for a while, so I told him to save the ban as I would be getting off for a while anyways. He confirmed this and I logged off only to find myself banned for 3 days when I returned to play on server 1, my main server.
Extra Information - During both sits I attempted to explain what had happen, but was never given the chance to give my side of the story. I was immediately given a official warning instead of a verbal warning despite that being my first offense. I am fairly new to DarkRP and I did not realize that driving a car would be so difficult. I really want to play Zarp seriously and have been for the past few days and I feel that this ban was not justified or needed as well as the second sit. I am a non-toxic player and follow the rules, and the CDM offenses were all accidental and just a result of my inexperience with the vehicles. I apologize for the mayhem that I have caused and I will be more careful in the future with vehicles on any of the Zarp Gaming servers.

I was trying to teach him to drive with my lambo and it was my fault for letting him use it and 3 days it alot for only a few cdms
