TOPIC: [SSRP] Jenga's Ban Appeal (Repost)

Before handling this report please read the following:

1) For a raid to be active the raiders need to continue to raid without leaving extended periods of idle.
We asked whether the raid is over, the raiders responded with no and we asked for them to continue to raid (which they failed to do)

2) The two staff in the Teamspeak channel fully knew that the raid had to be kept active; the raiders were given ample time to simply try and enter the base (which they didn't) and then they told me to repaste after around 30 seconds of no activity in the slightest.

3) Anyone can claim a raid is active, hence why we ask for the raid to continue to prove that they are infact raiding (and not just sitting outside waiting for NLR to finish)

4) I will post a video of the admin sit too to give you an idea of the bias shown by BK in particular; he came to me not to ask about but to ban me straight off the bat.
Telling him multiple times that the raid was not active so we repasted meant very little to him and the fact 2 staff members gave me permission to repasted seemed to go in one ear and out the other.


I would prefer a super admin or an admin with more experience to handle this report.

They were trying to warn and ban as many defenders as possible, this ban is completely bias and stupid

Shit like this has been happening a lot recently

I'm pretty sure my alt was logged in across the road shooting at least one rocket the whole raid to keep it active, this is why we said don't repaste the only time we stopped the raid was to wait for your punishment so that your illegal repaste would be removed so we could continue roleplaying/ raiding you, you were warned several times to stop re pasting and receieved many punishments l, you were also warned before your ban that if it was not removed you would be punished more harsh/severely due to your recent punishments within the same base/day. You affected many peoples day by 'minging' and breaking the rules to keep your base protected, was very unfair and unfun for others.

Lucky you're not permantely banned for ban evading/ punishment evading with alts however I believe the ban should be reduced to 12 hours /one day because the punishment should have been spread among those pressuring you re paste.(Friends)

I think a rulechange should help a lot as well.
Something like Raid timer, but for you specific, so you died? wait 10 mins.

People need to say if the raid is over. If there is no answer within a set time limit they should be able to repaste.

I believe you need to enter the area as the rules state but before that you guys built an rp in the area aka touching our base which is building onto our base and I believe multiple staff would've seen or dealt with it but they didn't, so I can assume we only own the cinema and not the parking lot.

That should clarify that you never attempted to enter the area, by not interacting with the base till it's too late.

Just seems like you're trying to bait people into getting banned lol

I was not punished "several" times before hand, I was warned and kicked which now has been removed from my rap sheet due to a very similar situation.

And again your alternate account must of broken or been raiding somewhere across the map, because it wasn't attacking our base and probably doesn't exist; You or the other half of the other server didn't attack within a reasonable time and spamming "no" in chat means very little if you don't bother raiding.

I got banned for 6 day for having 16 recents but i got banned for 3 days it was i thick Thursday and i came back Sunday and i got 1 warns and Monday i got 1 warn win i got banned on Thursday i should have 0 warn but the and said i had 16 recents?.

It's not the raiders responsibility to make sure you don't repaste, it's your responsibility to check if you can repaste. If the staff members told you to repaste and if they were not present at the situation, they have no right to say repaste. I do not know how it was, but that's just how I see it. If they did tell you to repaste though and no one was raiding while you got told this.
I was not present therefore I can't tell wether it was appropriate or not. I would handle this, but you prefer an SA to do it.

Overall Jenga. You know your loopholes and how to use them correctly, trying to escape every sit with them. If you had recents (7+) this ban is well deserved.
