We had half the server attacking this base, when it was only 2/3 gangs we declared it was over but we had enough people this time attacking to keep the raid active, they claimed 'no action' because we were holstering/dropping special weapons so we could attack again, we always said the raid was not over and he was warned to remove the base and was punished beforehand several times before his kick/ban. And the raid timer wasn't broken once throughout because we were communicating in teamspeak to make sure someone was alive to protect my alternative account from being killed.
