Story/Situation - What happened? I saw clarky enter/ defend the base of cinema several times in the same life and was defibrillator several times also, I sniping whilst my gang was raiding and killed him then got warned for 'RDM' when he was clearly interacting with the base, also clarky said 'I'm not part of the base i'm only defending it' and I was still punished because the moderator is friends with them and bias.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? Several admins step forward to say it was RDM and not to punish me however he continued the situation and gave me a warn and also he didn't ask if I was busy, he took me away from my rp experience without asking to.

I tped to you(you were in spawn 10 seconds after the 'raid') and said I'll get you to a roof, you were not in RP or any other situation, next you didn't even recall you killed someone, you kept asking who and when, clarky stood at a great distance from our base, where he had nothing inside and you still decided to kill him for no apparent reason. Please provide some proof it was false and I might reconsider, but I saw it happening+ it's recorded from 2 angles.

If you had any proof/evidence of what happened it would make the report easier to handle, might be dealt with quicker and more likely to be accepted as the staff member you are accusing is going against you.

if this is true then it seems to be a false warn, BUT you have no proof so hard to tell anything

To be fair Clarky did crash once or twice which did make him lose his printers and he did stop basing with us.

I clearly was raiding the base, he was clearly defending the base and you were punishing me because the admins were punishing your friends for breaking NLR, repasting, racism, spam, punishment evading, building in a raid you were looking for 'revenge' which is pathetic and you should respect your powers as a mod, this warn was completely false and innapropiate. Standing next to a gas station does not warrant you to kill me, I did nothing to you and you straight up killed me, making it RDM.
