Well if you want the NLR rule so i can clear up your misunderstanding, here it is

2.2 New Life Rule - Do not return or interact with the district of your death that you died until 3 minutes has passed

You knew that it hadnt been 3 minutes so therefore shouldnt of returned

I have spoken to Doom and we decided to deny this. Even though your HUD did not display NLR, you broke it twice and so did the people raiding the bank with you. If it does not show on your HUD it does not mean it does not exist; an example is the cooldown or raid timer which does not show on your HUD as well. You should not break NLR regardless.
