TOPIC: [TTT] OreoLivesOn's Warn Appeal

Warning Reason - I got warned for rdm and "ltap" apperantly
Server - 24/7 Minecraft
Story/Situation (What Happened?) - I was warned for rdm because i was being shot at and then when i turn around to see who it was i see him so i kill him. we were the only ones in the tower and literally anyone would do what i would have done.
It turns out either he didn't shoot me, and it was a magical fairy that dissapeared as soon as he shot me, or he DID shoot me and the logs are broken.

And then I explained i'd rather not be warned because it could possibly affect my staff application, but he still doesn't forgive me.
After he slays me I leave the server out of frustration.

Then he adds another warn and slay for "LTAP". This reason is completely false because ltap stands for "LEAVING TO AVOID PUNISHMENT". I didn't leave to avoid anything. I was already punished and therefore left. The slays stillremain even if you leave the server, so how could I have possibly left to avoid a punishment when one was already appointed to me before I left. It makes zero sense.

Also, you just admitted to the RDM yourself, so no need for proof on that I guess. He didn't shoot you, it was another guy in tower, I didn't see the situation myself, but logs don't lie bro.

By the way this post is irrelevant, since I didn't even warn you for the LTAP, only for the RDM.

Just to clear things up, LTAP is leaving to avoid a warn, not a slay as slays can be added to steamIDs whereas warning cannot.

As much as I love you, you were punished for RDM. I will trust on the fact that the staff member did not punish you randomly and the logs did state that you RDMed someone - unless you have proof that shows otherwise. As for the LTAP thing, I'd like to refer you to the rules:

You broke this rule and were given another slay for it - not a warning, so it won't be mentioned next meeting. It's the staff member's choice to punish you for a rulebreak, and Mush decided to punish you. Unless you can somehow proof that someone did in fact shoot you then I'll take another look at this - don't forget that you can always check the logs yourself by pressing F8.
