Looking at your story this seems to be crossfire(which is still RDM)
Of course it was crossfire and it is classed as RDM... my issue is that he should have looked at the whole situation, he was a gangster next to the group of gangsters I was shooting at, he should also have checked my recent warnings to see that I don't get warnings, I'm not the type to be going around RDM'ing.
Putting it down to a simple accident and maybe even a verbal warning would have been more than enough, a warning definitely wasnt needed here.
I mean if you don't have any recents he should have just given you a verbal warning and told you that crossfire is rdm. but the main reason I think he warned you because he was taking someone to a sit and you killed him
You don't have to give verbals... it is up to the staff member to decide.

Id like to point out i was spectating Titanium to see if he was handling f1's correctly and he was. Also he teleported to the user to let him know he is needed for an f1 and was stationary facing away from the police department. Being a moderator this is difficult to move someone away from possible conflicts that are happening in the area. (I have a recording if needed)

You can watch over new staff to guide them along and "HELP" them, I use to do it a lot, I would watch over new staff, see how they are doing, and if anything was about to happen that would result in false punishment, then i would quickly stop the mod from punishing, and tell them why,
Following that, i would also give them some feedback if I see fitted.
This process meant new staff could get corrected on the fly with ease and without hassle allowing a better staff team.
As of this warning, I personally believe the mod/admin should have listened properly(Clearly didn't) because if a group of people are having a shooting battle, and a staff member tp's near that battle, of course they will end up getting damaged or hurt, because in this case, Crossfire was not intentional, and was by pure accident due to a staff member TP'ing near to start an F1 but was unlucky enough to teleport near a shooting battle.
I personally would not have warned/punished and would have simply said, ok no worries, due to this being fault by either side, was just being pure unlucky
