TOPIC: [SSRP] Warning removal

Story/Situation - I was the only cop on the server after a restart, the PD had been raided by roughly 5/6 gangsters, I'd tried a couple of times to take the PD back and failed. I was heading there again when I saw the group leaving the PD, they started firing at me and I shot back killing one or two before I died. I was then taken to a sit with Titanium who claims I RDM'ed him while I was shooting the gangsters. He also claims he was holding a sit just at the entrance to the tunnel. The problem is he was also a gangster and may have got hit in the fight. When you're being shot at by 5/6 gangsters it's difficult to differentiate one gangster from another when they're all down in the same area.

Now obviously crossfire isnt a valid reason to appeal however I'd suggest next time if he's holding a sit, do it away from the fighting, also don't do it as a gangster.

Extra Information - In my time as staff recent warnings were looked at when making a decision, the fact I have no warnings in well over a year (Ok a lot of that I was an Admin myself or deployed abroad but still counts) should be more than enough evidence to show it was a simple mistake and no warning was needed. I'd like my warning removed so my account is clean again, I understand he's a new staff members but there was no reason at all to give a warning in this situation.

Id like to point out i was spectating Titanium to see if he was handling f1's correctly and he was. Also he teleported to the user to let him know he is needed for an f1 and was stationary facing away from the police department. Being a moderator this is difficult to move someone away from possible conflicts that are happening in the area. (I have a recording if needed)

Looking at your story this seems to be crossfire(which is still RDM)

Putting it down to a simple accident and maybe even a verbal warning would have been more than enough, a warning definitely wasnt needed here.
