Story- So clarky was coinfliping highest number wins then i asked him if he wants to flip for my emp he said yes then out of no where he stoped from highest prob to get me banned (hes prob doing higest wins after my ban) but then i said portable emp coin flip he said ok you want to flip? I said yes then he said I pick 1 while it came out i do not know if it was my wifi the cause of this I asked for the recording he refused and banned me. That seems like bull shit if he send me the recoding and it clearly shows that he got said 1 before the results come in ill give him the EMP but if I see no proof i would like to be unbanned because I want to see a recording or proof of him saying 1 before he sees it come in

So, you and him were coinflipping. You asked him if he wants 1 or 2 in a coinflip, he said 1 and you rolled. It was 1 and you said, "what, nooo, no, I said I wanted to go 1" even though YOU rolled after he said 1. You started lying to get out of the sit and started denying the fact that you scams. Same thing happened the other way. You nerve gassed my ALT when I was mining and then you lied and said you did not do that at all but still got punished for it. Maybe stop rulebreaking and do something good on the server.

You don't deserve to get another chance. even if you refund him.

Ive been coinflipping with people and this never happened but when I play with clarky i get banned because he didnt tell me how we are going to play he just made his own rules and didnt tell me

Here's the story of what happened in my prospective seeming that you did not tell the truth in some parts.

Firstly, it starts off that me and SilverSnake are coinflipping (Not highest number wins, no idea why you said that in your appeal) a Portable EMP so as I was typing "/roll 2", I said in voice chat that I am going for 1 meaning that if the coin flipped is 1, I win the Portable EMP as you can see in the screenshot below.


SilverSnake then refuses to give the Portable EMP after being given multiple warnings to hand it over otherwise a permanent ban would be placed which was then done so by me.

I may have the recording however my microphone was muted so the recording won't be useful unless if someone around the area at the time who was watching the coinflip does have evidence.

I find it unfair that the server rules makes it Staff can ban anyone without proof but if you are going to report someone in game you need proof I find this rule unfair and I think I should be unbanned or LINK THE VIDEO.

Being a staff dosent mean you can do stuff and get away with it what you are saying is people who have bad computers or no storage or risk getting a virus need to risk getting a virus or need storage or have a good computer staff sign up staff should be the one doing this

So what your trying to say is if a staff abuses your forced to download a recording software because the staff are more trusted than you just because they pressed some buttons so that instantaly makes you more trust worthy than someone who dosent apply

Alright silver snake I spoke with clarky and it appears to see that you scammed him he picked the number 1 and rolled and won therefore you had to give him the item.

The item of what scammed was a portable emp. The only way you will be unbanned if you agree to give the item you scammed to clarky, if you refuse to give him the item you will most likely not be unbanned so you can make that decision yourself.
