Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? He started saying I broke NLR because I went into the bank which has 2 different districts in it after I died, but I was in CBD after I died in spawn district, and the NLR rule clearly states DISTRICTS, so I didn't break NLR.

It's a different district, districts are placed there and here, I didn't go in the district I broke NLR in so I don't see how it's exploiting. Hi Michael, I just spent quite a while going through the situation with R-Flex and reached the conclusion that in this case you were in-fact breaking NLR so the warning will have to remain in place sorry about that.
