Hello Mr cat,
I have spoken with the admin in question about your ban. You received 16 warnings in 5 days and showed no intention to follow server rules. You are an old player and have been with the community for quite some time now so you should know the rules. You killed the admin in an attempt to steal his car which is commonly known as Car Jacking. This is not allowed on the server. Due to the vast amount of punishments and ability to follow the rules this application is being denied. You must wait the time and make sure to read the rules in depth to avoid being banned again in the future.
