Story/Situation (What Happened?) - I said something in the lines of "my ni**a" to one of my friends, and Leo muted me instantly.
Extra Information - Well, I was unmuted literally 5 seconds ago by another staff member, who didn't think it was reasonable to mute me without warning, and for a thing that clearly didn't mean to offend anyone. As a partly black guy myself, I don't use the word in a racist way, it's just what I say sometimes. I have stopped using it in the server after that though, I don't want to offend anybody. I'm sorry for the incident, will not happen again.

This was dealt with already. It will be the same outcome with a different much longer process. Poogle was on Ts at the time R-flex took over this appeal. She sounded so genuinely sad. He probably added the word "warn" in the appeal because this is the warn appeal template. He appealed his mute because he is sorry for his actions and doesnt want to have any recent punishments. The reason poogle didn't redo the report was because Raa said it wasn't needed I was on TS with them. Also I don't want to start a shit storm on this topic so try to get this over with as fast as possible or you can help poogle as she probably would if you you gave her another chance to redo the appeal

Hello Mush! I have discussed your appeal with Leopatra and despite your apology we still decided to Deny your appeal and keep the punishment as it is.

Main reason for the denial of this appeal is that you have done the exact same thing in the past and despite the staff members warnings you kept doing it the next days.

We hope you dont do the same mistake again in the future as it will have harsher consequences.
