Story - What happend?
I was in a spacer playing pubg with sorle and a few others and coutinroy joins. I ask the reason and he says because he can. I asked politely if he could leave and he didn't say anything at all just listening to our conversation. Then as a joke i said "Can i be racist" And he said no and banned me for 4 days, I then messaged him on steam saying Take a joke and he then permanently banned me
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?

I do remember you saying you want me out so you can be racist meaning break the TOU, you also admitted to doing so before I joined. I told you I was in there to watch over you and you proceed to call someone "an autistic child" as I recall. I banned you for 4 days for TOU, I don't remember fully why your ban was extended really, was something over Steam possibly? Would be nice if you can refresh my memory.

What reason did you have to watch over me?

Ah yes, I extended your ban to permanent due to you claiming "it was a joke", same as how you " joked" you were hacking. No one was offended by the racism before you joined, meaning there is no real point in "enforcing" the TOU. If it's just a bit of fun, why ban him for it?

You unbanned him after that incident, and when he was back he said "Can I be racist" and that lead to you banning him. If it was really about the situation before, why not just leave him banned?

Even though Mytic is a rule breaker, I kinda agree with him. If he was in a spacer with others who know him and take no offense to remarks of an average gamer, then there is no reason to punish him. It was you [Courtinroy] who decided to join and who took the offense - not the person he directed to. @Mytic All in all, you should find another Teamspeak server to call someone autistic. No, I'm not necessarily "okay" with it, but I am not entirely offended by it in closed situations. Of course, it should never be made public, and it's never a good thing, but a few jokes here and there in private don't offend me.
