Ok, so i was denied by mr conroy ( I HATE U),
I was banned by Gamentix for nlr but for 3 fcking days, that is unfair

You clearly didnt get banned for just NLR. As stated on your appeal, you had multiple recent warnings + the NLR rule break so they had every reason to ban you and deny your appeal. Stop crying about it and read the rules kiddo
