TOPIC: SwiiFTz Ban Appeal

Story - What happend? Basically I was going to raid the vault but decided I didn't want to wait the 20 minutes for the cooldown. Before I could leave cops started coming because they saw me paste a dupe. I killed them and went to spawn. They were still trying to arrest me so I killed them after they tried to tase me. They continued this for about 2 minutes before Mix3rz finally steps in a freezes 1 of of the people mass NLRing (D0GG0). Mix3rz then takes him to a roof and I jump up with my Hyper suit to tell Mix3rz what was happening and then he says something about my logs and me having a lot of kills and then jails me and tells me hes going to man me. I then try to explain why I had so many kills in such a short period but he tells me something about "Just because you're in BiB does not mean you can break rules and get away with it. He then bans me for a week and I ask him on steam what proof doggo had given him and then he sends me this: Mix3rz Is Bae: gyazo.com/3d6477f4ebdecb57a1e8cddbe990db98 . Therefore he used logs as proof to ban me. He has no other proof of me mass RDMing. He told Morgan that he was watching me but if that was going on for 2 minutes + why wouldn't he had grabbed me and stopped me mass RDMing (which I was not) or why didn't he grab the cops NLRing. He was not in spawn when this all happened because he teleported to spawn and then grabbed doggo because he had NLR timer.

If this is true I feel like you should be unbanned due to the fact that he didn't let you speak he just jailed and banned! If he used the logs to see your kills and assume you mass RDMs then he should really re think how he handles situations! I didn't expect this from him as he was previously a lead team member! So my final opinion is

And especially on server 3 where most of the people who play NLR/ RDA / RDM , so you you dont have nlr and a cop keeps trying to kill/arrest you i think that gives you the right to shoot him.

EDIT: I would also like to add that Mix3rz has messed up a considerable amount of times for such a hugh rank, yes people do make mistakes but maybe you should be more careful if you're representing the community?
