Name - What is your ingame name? GoGo @Changing

STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID? N/A

Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? Tyler <3

Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Don't remember, Leaking personal info?

Server - What server did you get banned from? Teamspeak.

Time - How long were you banned for? Perma.

Story - What happend? So I was chilling with my boys on teamspeak and we was having a laugh and I changed my names to one of Tylers names he used on a website / client to catch players. I used that and I wanted it to be my name and Tyler banned me. I'm sorry but it wasn't leaking as it was on the internet and other people already knew about it. I am sorry due to this as I understand that this was a private account of Tylers and it will not happen again. I will also not minge on teamspeak as well from this point on.

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? Do not have.

Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.

After me and jordz have spoken with onion, we have decided to unban you. Your ban was already dealt with a month ago by me, however due to recent issues, some bans got replaced with a roll back.
