TOPIC: Toby Hook's temban appeal

the ban is only for a day and twelve hours but in honesty I think the ban was not deservant and it would be nice to get unbanned sooner anyway, so here I am with my honest appeal
And before I write this appeal, I know this is not an excuse, but I recently came back after around a 2 year break from garrys mod, so I am still getting used to the game mechanics, and I was awful at driving at first but have slowly improved but obviously not enough, and I apologise.

Story -
Alright, so first I will start with the two recent warnings I got for CDM
the first warning was deservant, I can't fully remember what happened in the situation but basically it was my fault and I agreed I would be more careful on the road.
The second warning, in my opinion was not very deservant, there were 3 swat members raiding a base which my guess is it had a nuke inside, but anyway the 3 swat members were standing in the middle of the road therefore there was literally no way to avoid them, and without being able to explain myself I was given a warning, so for the next few hours I was extremely cautious before going full speed on a road. Also note, that they were swat members raiding a base, and I was a drug dealer, how can it not be said that I wasn't defending my friends or something like that by killing a SWAT TEAM, just because I killed them w/ a car? or what

alright so now for the main reason of the ban, I was playing around with some ramps, near a tunnel at spawn, or props or whatever just w/ my car, and I didn't see what was infront of me due to the ramp things I was going up, so when i did see the civillians I instantly tried to stop the car as fast as I could, swerving to the left, I did not kill the people from the front of my car, it was by the side and I hope that is sufficient evidence that I was trying to stop the car as fast as I could hoping it would not kill people, if I were to be given another chance I would never drive above 30mph again, and never even drive near spawn again, also note as soon as I saw the civillians I screamed in my mic "watch out!"

but anyway yeah I really hope that this was sufficient evidence that I did not mean to kill anybody w/ a car, and I don't really think I did any damage at all to be honest as the only people I killed were civillians to be fair, and one gangster which was the administrator, I also co-operated with the administrator to what he said, I started driving away and he said to stop the car and I did so, and yeah
