Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned - prop blocking base
Server - What server did you get banned from - server 1
Time - How long were you banned for - Permanent 1 year ago
Story - What happend - i forgot to put fading door infront of the base and was being silly.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened - sorry I don't have any videos or screenshots.
Extra information - This was a year ago and i've learnt to follow all the rules.
