What was the reason of the warning and mute?

I got warned for Attempt RDM and muted for Micspam.

Which Server did this occur on?

Story/Situation (What Happened?) -

WARNING:
I threw my Machete in the air and shot once - twice in the air with my Thommy Gun. Amerrox teleported to me and brought me onto a roof, froze me and said ill take care of you after this sit. I asked "Whats wrong?" Have i done something wrong? He said something about attempt RDM I said i havent attempt to RDM anyone he said that He'll talk about that in a sec so i said do what you want. Straight after he warned me for Attempt RDM and Teleported me back.

MUTE:
I was trying to talk to a guy who kept using his mic. I spoke pretty long which he might of took as Micspam. He warned me (Verbally) before he muted me, i said one word after he verbally warned me and i got muted for 5mins.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning and mute?

I'd like to get those Punishments removed out of my Warning sheet as i feel like those punishments aren't valid and Fair.

No offense to amer, but I dont get how he gets accepted always to mod, everytime he does everyone is disspleased with him and get warn/demote requests with legit proof and before he gets the chance to get warned or demoted he resigns... If you were to tell him this ingame, he would mute you / gag you for giving your own opinion on his staff work.
He has a bad attitude, and does his work poorly.
He gagged me for saying that he was a bad mod.

Secondly You dI'd not say "1 word" you said like 4 and o muted u for 5 minutes as I feel they are correct

THIRDLY I never resigned before it I got demoted normaly

Fourthly I don't mute people for opinions I mute them for spamming and disrespecting and racism

I never disrespect anyone i said a word used by german police officers. Simple called nafri which means north african. So i asked some people if they are north african because i had some homework to do about africa. You shouldnt mute someone just because you assume he disrespected or was racist. And also why didnt you say somehing about the attempt rdm?
