TOPIC: Ban Appeal

Story - I was driving past what i'm guessing was an F1 on Server 2 and then either FawDaw or the player in the F1 ( Not sure who because I can't check who's prop it was ) spawned a cylinder prop ( It was an advanced dupe prop ) on my car and i'm guessing tried to proppush my car with it so I then got out and shot the player in the F1 presuming it was him as he had his toolgun out FawDaw then freezes me telling me that i RDM this guy and I try to explain that the guy tried to proppush my car and then FawDaw says 'I didn't see him do it only you rdm him' ( Even though he was looking right at the guy and the direction that he tried to proppush my car in ) So I then call him a bias admin because he was looking straight at the guy and somehow didn't see him proppush? ( The guy didn't even get a warn for proppush ) I then leave whilst frozen and when I try to join back i'm banned for RDM / LTAP / Disrespect.

I'll speak to FawDaw and come back with a conclusion.

It's probably not a good idea to leave the server when an admin freezes you, as you are leaving a sit to avoid punishment.

I've spoken with FawDaw and from what I heard you were extremely disrespectful, RDM'd another player, and even LTAP'd. FawDaw was with the user in a sit and saw he never prop pushed your car. You have a history of pushing the limit when you go on the server, this should be a wake up call. We've decided to deny this appeal.
