Story - I have been trying to talk to my friends on ts for a while because of the ts I use being ddosed by some people we cant get proof of. I was pretty pissed about it getting ddosed non stop for like 2 hours now and went on zarp for ts and I was in a room with gamers bannana boy and chromaa. Chroma was just pissing me off so I said shit back to him and said shit (including the terms spastic and autistic) to bannana boy and I got instantly banned without warning, I know I was wrong but a warning to stop would have been nice or even moving me out the spacer so I message him on steam and he told me anail said it was ok to just ban me due to the fact anail dislikes me so they have been biased against me.

You don't fight fire with fire G, Just because you're having your peroids doesn't mean you can chat shit to users/staff then say you got banned because someone dislikes you. As you were talking major shit to users as well as staff on our Teamspeak Server, I've spoken with Bannana & Anon and we've decided to #Deny this appeal due to the fact:

You've crossed the line with your attitude and your behaviour.

Your ban has been extended to 3 days due to the fact that Anon has given you a warning previously and you weren't listening.

Here are the TOU rules:

Use of this Teamspeak server constitutes your acceptance to the ZARP Terms of Use (http://zarpgaming.com/index.php/help/terms) and these additional Teamspeak rules:
1 - No micspamming.
2 - No playing music unless permitted by those in your channel.
3 - Do not harass users.
4 - No recording. You can only record when another user is clearly breaking rules.
5 - Do not disturb anyone in a meeting room. You face a 1 day ban for causing disruption.
6 - Don't attempt to join private channels without permission, or meeting rooms.
7 - (INCLUDING ADMINS) Do not create private rooms. We don't have this facility at this time.
8 - No racism, discrimination, etc.
9 - Don't follow people around channels, even if it's a public channel. If they move, you don't follow them unless they want you to.
10 - Don't impersonate staff. This includes having the same name as a staff member or pretending that you are a staff when you are not.
11 - No Voice Changers / Soundboards / Excluding the Alienware SoundBlaster Pro Voice Changers
