Story/Situation (What Happened?) - These two people in the GES gang have been rdming me and several others for a while and were upset when I got one of them warned for rdm. They started following me, shooting me once, and then running away. So as shown in the video I get shot in the back and I turn around and see 2 hobos (GES have been following me as hobos) and after playing some ring around the rosey I kill one of the hobos and the other one flees. When you rewatch the video it is easy to see that he didn't have a gun on camera, but due to past experiences I figured he shot me and put away the gun as he has been doing. I told Arnold to check the logs of them killing me which would prove they have a problem with me yet he refused. I realize it was a mistake to kill him, but at the time I thought he was one of the people who shot me because he has before. I've never seen someone warned for a genuine mistake, especially when the death happened in a situation where I was being shot, its basically crossfire.

Extra Information - I was the one who provided the video, not the hobo who called the sit. There was no ill will of me killing him or else I wouldn't have provided the evidence as he had none. He just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I think it was a misunderstanding between Arnold and you so you should be un-warned, seemed like a genuine accident though next time if you're not sure who it was, don't shoot anyone.
