Story/Situation (What Happened?) - I was driving and going into a tunnel, with 2 gangster on the road. I swerved to avoid one and hit another, effectively killing him. I was the immediately brought by the mod and frozen (Addendum: I shouted "Be careful" on mic before actual contact in the incident). He dealt with his own sit and would not listen. He told me "You must try not to hit people" which I told him I did, and repeated it but he couldn't care less and warned me regardless. He sent me a link to the forum to post here rather than actually talking with each other (I was never even confrontational and actively tried not to hurt him but he preferred to act this way).
Extra Information - The incident occurred February 2nd at 16h20(more or less) GMT. I was also left frozen for a while until I reminded him (I didn't know if warnings would freeze for a certain amount of time like Jailing so I waited. If I said nothing and he left I'd have been frozen indefinitely.).
