Warning Reason - Revenge RDM

Server - Dark RP Server 1

Story/Situation - Basically this guy CDMED me and I killed him back so then he proceeds to kill me over and over so Gametix comes over sees us so then the guy RDMS me whilst we are in a sit moderator does nothing. He warns the other person for NLR and Revenge RDM and I get warned for Revenge RDM. He said if he verbaled me it would count as abuse?

Its up to the staff to punish you how they see fit, I assume you were given a warn due to outstanding warning or just your conduct in general.
