Story/Situation (What Happened?) -
I was outside a building base casually looking in, scanning for any printers without entering when one of the base owners stands at their door, although you cannot shoot or have a gun out within a building base I feared they might pull a weapon on me so I equipped my PSG-1 as a precaution, upon seeing my weapon one of the base owners swaps to the police job, pulls their weapon too and warns me through voice chat to leave or he will shoot. Seeing as my gun was out and I was given a verbal warning then a /me warning by the base owner to move on I believe I cannot be blamed for FearRP or RDM. I had noticed when the warn was given the second base owner had blocked my escape pinning me against the door. I couldn't move and I was told again to move or I'd be shot. Therefore I shot back and killed the person trapping me before shooting the other base owner as he was going to shoot himself seeing as his weapon was already equipped. I was told by Jenga I was wrong to do so and I should've done a /me to tell them to not point their gun at me or I'd shoot back however that would've been a FearRP situation seeing as you can't do that in a mug or any other potential FearRP actions. Looking at the rules further I had seen no rule about the /me to stop them pointing their weapon at me therefore I'd like to appeal my warn for "RDM x2"

Swapping to a certain job in order to convict or kill another is against the rules as Jenga had a bounty of 2 million yesterday and the player who swapped to hitman to kill him and switched back was warned and one of the base owners did the exact same.

The /me is used to place someone under FearRP. Meaning they're at gun point and have to do what you say or get shot. If they run away then they would be breaking FearRP. It would be meaningless attempting to put someone under FearRP if they have a gun out so they can kill you but they can do what you say as well.

I forgot to mention, you said that one of the base owners broke Job Abuse but they didn't. Job abuse is when you change from a job that can't raid to a job that can raid to gain in game wealth, or switch to hitman to claim a hit.

Also, you said that when of the base owners became a cop. Cops can't base or own doors, they can only have access to the PD.

I think someone should handle this as the meeting is coming up and Asylum is wanting to apply for moderator and wants this sorted.

So basically they got away with breaking one rule but walked right into another?
