Story/Situation (What Happened?) - So i came up from the vault and i came up saw a cop and i threw a nitro at it. saw there were more then one so i kept trowing more i came up kris tped there i killed him cause he scared me. then clarky came and picked me up and put me back down. then i died was at spawn kris said why i killed him told him he was a mod on duty + he was in the vault. he froze me and tped me up to a roof said he was gonna warn me i told him i was allowed to kill him whit other admins beside me (or3nge) and he said i was allowed to kill him and still got warned.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? yes, i told him before when he was walking in the streets whit mod on duty as a job i told him to change job cause he was in a non-rp job in a rp-reason.

In fairness you shouldn't of been warned for RDM, it is the bank vault and regardless of whether they are on duty or not they face a risk of dying in RP situations due to their inability to god/cloak.
From what you have said it seems you were unaware that there was a mod in the bank, thus you kept throwing the nitro.

By the sound of it he wasn't dealing with an F1 either, so again you had no idea that he was in the vault and so you continue to KOS anyone inside; just as any other player would.

Edit: He was in fact dealing with a "Prop Block" F1

As no one has handled this i will not be getting in contact with Kodi i will just handle this myself.
From what i can see you should not have been warned, in my opinion Kodi had no reason to warn you as he was risking his own life being in the vault even if he was a mod on duty you should not interfere with user's rp situations. I can not unwarn you today so i will have to do it tomorrow. Thank you for making your appeal.
