Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? Anticheat/Console
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Hacking
Server - What server did you get banned from? SSRP
Time - How long were you banned for? Perma
Story - What happend? So, one day I was very bored so I decided to make an alt account and attempt hacking with it; I was pretty stupid a year ago, so I did it on an alt and got banned, and nobody figured out until I confessed to it and then the following events happened.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? F6 menu
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. Well, this is a very long time ago I did this, and I don't know if me having an alt account that is banned considered ban evading or not, so I'm appealing it, thank you for reading this.
